Becket Plays      Autumn 2023   Issue 41

Picture
Starting in 1970, the village has presented a play dedicated to its patron saint, St Thomas a Becket, seen above in 1990. Amateur dramatics have also been a key part of the annual Box Pantomime since 1980. There were also professional Theatrical Productions in the village by the Bristol Old Vic in the 1980s and 90s and the years when they came for the Box Village Christmas. We recall them all.
