Modern Box After 1945

I wouldn't disagree with people who say that the story of Box since World War II is just contemporary details, not history at all. But this view forgets that it is a period of three-quarters of a century - a timespan equivalent to the period from World War II back to 1868 when there were wooden battleships, the last public hanging and before domestic electric lighting.

The problem in modern history is reporting everybody's memories accurately. Please tell us if you identify an omission or want to add more information. We want the record of Modern Box to be as accurate as possible.
