Unknown Event - Can You Help Please?

We had a fantastic response to requests for memories and photos of events on Box Rec. People searched in their family photo albums to reveal the past. Unfortunately, a few photos had no description and we need help to identify the event.
It is believed that these photos date to 1964-65. Identifiable are the vicar Tom Selwyn-Smith and Dr Jim Davey. Please be in touch with us if you can add to the story with more names and an indication of the event?
