To all our contributors, readers and all those interested in the history of the village of Box. We have now reached our 50th issue with some 700 articles, over 8,000 original photographs and one and a half million words. Because all of this was contributed without reward, the website has been published freely for the enjoyment of readers.
Every day nearly 200 people read about Box stories and there are still scores of suggested articles that we haven't managed to publish. Above all of this, ithe website has contributed to the community involvement that residents have established of the area of which we are merely the current custodians. The series in this issue is a thank you from us.
